OTC Norway is run by dedicated and experienced orthopaedic trauma surgeons.

Our purpose is to manage, support and promote the development of osteosynthesis and trauma treatment through education and knowledge sharing. We arrange events as symposia, small class forums, congresses, surgical skill workshops. As part of the OTC Foundation our members can also participate in the international educational program of OTCF.

We want to be an active part of the orthopaedic trauma community and invite anyone interested in osteosynthesis and trauma care to join our organization.

OTC Norway was founded as a non-profit organization in 2012 and is registered as non-profit association (ideell forening) regulated by norwegian law and legally registered in Brønnøysundregistrene in Norway (https://www.brreg.no.) 

As an independent organization, OTC Norway is a chapter within the OTC Foundation (OTCF), a Swiss non-profit foundation situated in Zuchwil, Switzerland. OTCF acts as a global network of some 20 local OTC chapters.  In collaboration with the Danish and Swedish chapters, OTC Norway is also part of OTC Nordic, a cooperative of the Scandinavian OTC chapters.
